Where can I watch WWE RAW live tonight?

I wanna watch WWE RAW live tonight online but does anyone know any websites that will be streaming it for free? Also, I know it is normally on at 8PM Eastern (2AM where I live) but, since it is RAW Roulette tonight AND HBK is hosting isn't it a 3-hour special so 7PM Eastern start time?
