Smallest house advantage in Las Vegas (blackjack, roulette)?

Planning a trip, would love to do some gambling. Are there still any 3:2, single or double deck, unlimited resplit, double after split, S17 tables? Any single zero roulette tables? $50-100 minimum or less.
