I found a toy revolver with sperm in one of the cylinders (it's like a drinking game) in my son's room!?

I was doing spring cleaning and in my son's room I found a toy revolver that shoots out sperm, I looked it up and apparently you play it like russian roulette while drinking some beers. I find this bizarre, should I discipline him? It would be super awkward mentioning it since it involves semen in his mouth, but I am afraid he might get sick from the combination of ingesting semen and drinking lots of alcohol. Help me out here, what should I do? Btw, he claims he is straight and I am pretty sure he is, but he might be gay. I can't be too sure. Even if he was gay, I would be fine with it.
