Did I find a rigged roulette table?

the ball can land on any number on any spin, that is the best thing about randomness, it might hit the same number twice in a row, I have seen the number 1 land 4 times in a row.. were other numbers landing on the wheel? surely you didn't play just two hands and not observe the game before or after. I think that if the first spin had landed correctly in 00 and the second spin landed correctly it wouldn't have been a thought that the wheel was rigged.. but the fact that it had mishapped the spin before then it triggered that thought in your head.. I actually recently witnessed the ball fly out of the wheel when the dealer went to flick it.. I have heard of it happening but not seen it ever until then.. this is no different if there is a slight bump or scratch or any non-smooth surface on the wheel and the ball just happens to slow down enough it can get caught, doesn't mean it is rigged, just worn.
