Chat Roulette crashes on Chrome but not on Internet Explorer, Help?

Whenever i try to get on chat roulette on google chrome, it say the shockwave player crashes. However i do not have this problem when i try it on internet explorer, is there something i need to do to fix this? Just FYI, the webcam i am using came built into my hp laptop and uses the "you cam" software (not sure if thats important).
