Webcam does not work.?

OK so here is the problem. I use a xbox cam on my computer and has always worked. It stopped working for omegle and chat roulette and all things like that including skype. But it works for a video chat program called oovoo. I tried to reinstall the flash and whatnot and yet still does not work. I also tried to downgrade to a previous version still it does not work. Does anyone have any help on what the problem could be? any help is appreciated:)

This guy texted me saying he got my number on the internet and now he kepps texting me on aim and he's asking for a naked picture or he;'s gonna rape me Im only 13 years old and I keep telling him no and then blocking him but now im getting these private calls with no one saying anything. well he is such a highly rated prospect in that organization so it couldnt hurt too much, but depends on his numbers so far..you could give up alvarez, i have him on my watch list after i dropped him and so far he is just disappointing and boring to follow, and he kind of injured himself too.

Probation early termination, in Massachusetts?

I left home without telling my parents when I'll be home and where I am. They stalk me. I left. I usually stay over at my friend's house for a night then come home without saying a word to my parents the next morning or evening. I COME BACK. ALWAYS. They to the juvenile department and reported me for "running away" it's ridiculous. I understand that they worry about me but I run away because they yell at me constantly, put me down, call me a whore when I'm single...accuse me of several lies. And they treat my siblings like a normal kid. I'm the unwanted one. I'm on probation. I've always left my parents alone I've never bothered them. Now I'm on probation. Everyone thinks I'm like a hoodrat or one of those morally horrible teenager. My curfew is 8. It is the fricking summer. Who goes in at 8? I wanna sleep over my friends house. I've done everything that they say because they threatened to send me off to a foster care family if i did something remotely unlawful like refusing to take my medication. I come home before 8 everynight, I take my medication. Hangout all day, and tell them where I am then go home, go straight to my room. They've taken my life away and theyre still complaining about how I dont follow rules. What did i do wrong? Ive done whats written done, is there anyway i can terminate my probation early? or atleast let me stay over someones' house? I wanna live.

How does a misdemeanor work?

When police give out a misdemeanor do they have you sign the paper to receive it. Do you go in front of a judge or a magistrate? Is there just usually a fine. Are they able to contest it?Will i have to go to court for anything?The police are trying to put one of my ex for stalking me. I wondered how they work.

Do you think WWE is being desperate to get ratings, All stars, People's Night, Raw Roulette?

WWE have put these specials back to back on Raw. But Why? Maybe to boost ratings since they're down or something not sure. But back to back? It's about time they needed to make some title matches and I doubt they're doing it tonight.
